"There is one tip that I would give anybody who is looking to move to New York: work with Beatriz. When I was moving to New York, I was scrambling around showings, open houses, and spent time and money looking for the right place. A few times, I would find an apartment I liked but struggled to move past the application process. Many agents I spoke to were cold and only cared about closing a deal. After hiring Beatriz as my agent, she helped me streamline the process, catered a very specific selection of apartments to show me (those that would fit my needs) and helped me close on an apartment within a day. Her help didn't stop there. She remained a point person for any questions I had about rent, payments, and even about the city. Even a month after closing my apartment, she is still available and so generous to give me recommendations on the smallest of tasks.
